Cooling-off (distance contracts): If you purchase services or digital content online or by phone, you generally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately, you will be asked to confirm that you waive the 14-day cancellation right once delivery starts; where you so agree and we start supply, you will lose the right to cancel for that digital content. For services, if you request performance within the 14-day period and later cancel, you will pay for services provided up to cancellation. This does not affect remedies for faulty services or digital content.

1.1 Services: YOS Sports Health Specialists offers a range of health and wellbeing services.
1.2 Practitioners: All treatments are delivered by qualified professionals. However, the results of treatments can vary from client to client, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
2.1 Booking: Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our online booking system.
2.2 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, the appointment may need to be shortened, and the full fee will still apply.
2.3 Missed Appointments: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full session fee.
2.4 Cancellation of an Initial or New Massage Appointment: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling, regardless of the reason. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being counted as used and the full fee being charged.
2.5 Cancellation of a Follow-Up Appointment or Follow-Up Massage: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling, regardless of the reason. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being counted as used and the full fee being charged.
3.1 Pricing: All pricing for services and packages is clearly stated on our website and/or marketing materials and/or can be obtained by talking to one of our staff members.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due always in advance to be able to confirm any booking, unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or direct bank transfer.
3.3 Promotional Vouchers: “Promotional Vouchers” refers to any vouchers purchased as part of promotional offers run by the clinic (e.g. Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, Bank Holiday, etc.), including but not limited to these events. An individual may purchase multiple vouchers. However, only one voucher may be redeemed per individual. All purchased vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. One voucher can be transferable to another individual. Vouchers are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
3.4 Packages: are intended for bookings of two or more sessions, with a discount applied to the total cost. Packages might be personalised, when appropriate, to accommodate the client’s specific needs and financial circumstances.
3.5 Non-Refundable Treatment Packages: For full details on our refund and transfer policies, please refer to Section 9 – Refund Policy: Treatment Package Terms and Conditions.
3.6 Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits paid towards them are strictly non-refundable. For full details on our refund and transfer policies, please refer to Section 9 – Refund Policy: Treatment Package Terms and Conditions.
3.7 £5.00 Cancellation fee: A £5.00 administration fee will apply when cancelling an appointment and requesting a refund for a single session. This fee covers processing costs and associated administrative tasks.
3.8 Validity: All treatment packages are valid for [12 months] from the date of purchase. After this time, any unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded or credited.
3.9 Discounts and Offers: Any discounts or offers provided by YOS Sports Health Specialists cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. 24-hour cooling-off period: No 24-hour cooling-off period is offered for purchases made in-clinic for any of our services unless voluntarily provided.
4.1 Confidentiality: All personal and medical information provided during consultations will be treated as confidential. We will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
4.2 Data Collection: By using our services, you agree to the collection and storage of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.3 Medical Records: Any medical records created during your treatment will be securely stored and kept for the legally required duration.
5.1 Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information before any treatment. Failing to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety or effectiveness of your treatment.
5.2 Aftercare: Any aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner should be followed to ensure the best outcome from your treatment.
5.3 Respectful Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Any form of abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.
6.1 No Guarantee of Results: While we aim to provide the highest quality of care, the effectiveness of treatments may vary, and YOS Sports Health Specialists makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
6.2 Medical Conditions: Clients should consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or wellness program, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions. (only applies when not already screened by a medical professional)
6.3 Liability: YOS Sports Health Specialists and its practitioners will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse, misapplication, or inappropriate follow-through of treatments, therapies, or recommendations provided by our clinic. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all guidance and advice provided by YOS Sports Health Specialists. Failure to do so may result in unintended outcomes for which YOS Sports Health Specialists cannot be held responsible. Additionally, we disclaim any liability for results that vary due to individual characteristics, health factors et similar beyond our control.

7.2 Disputes: At YOS Sports Health Specialists, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns or issues through open communication and mutual resolution. Should any disagreement arise, we strongly encourage all clients to first seek to resolve the matter directly with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to engage with an independent ombudsman or appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service before considering any legal action.

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
